Wolf & Badger is open online and we’re shipping worldwide as usual.

Please note there may be delays in some cases, though we are doing our utmost to minimise this.

Our shipping partners DHL and UPS are offering a no-contact delivery option where the courier prints the receivers name instead of a signature.

Both our London and New York stores are open as usual for both browsing and Click & Collect.

Duties & Taxes

We include the cost of all duties and taxes in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the following countries:

• UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

If you are ordering from outside the destinations listed above, the price you pay to Wolf & Badger will exclude all relevant duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.

Collect In Store       

• You can choose to collect your order from a Wolf & Badger store when you order online, just select this option during checkout. Please allow for delivery time from the brand to the store.

• Collect from either Wolf & Badger, Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross, London, UK

• Or collect from Wolf & Badger, New York, NY, USA

• You can try out what you ordered in store and return it immediately if it’s not what you expected.

• It is possible to return all online orders to one of our stores.

• We offer free returns within 14 days of collecting your order (order must be collected within 14 days)

• Receive products directly from the small business that designed, created or made your item and support independent brands

• Shipping costs can vary between different brands depending on their location – see below for more details

• You can order multiple products from one designer for a flat delivery cost

• We offer FREE returns worldwide – 14 day policy

• You will receive an estimated delivery window in your order confirmation email

• Orders are dispatched directly from our designers – meaning you are receiving your product straight from the small creative business that designed or created your product. Thank you for supporting independent brands!

• We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
