We understand that shopping for fine jewelry is different than shopping for a new blouse, which is why we don’t have an open showroom in the middle of your local mall. Why don’t you post your entire jewelry inventory on the web like many other jewelers?
We don’t post our inventory online for several reasons. Primarily, we never recommend buying a piece of fine jewelry without ever seeing it with your own eyes or fully understanding the diamond’s characteristics. Most diamonds will look identical to a camera lens, but your eyes will always notice the difference! Grading reports will give you a generalized idea of the stones’ appearance, but ultimately each grading report is subjective and therefore the results are often inconsistent.
Secondly, our inventory changes on a daily basis. We maintain strong relationships with designers and jewelry fashion experts from across the globe, so we strive to be at the forefront of the latest fashions by keeping our inventory fresh every week. By doing this, we can also insure that your piece will be truly unique and one of a kind.

I’m looking for large and fancy-colored diamonds, but very few stores in town carry diamonds over two carats. Do you carry large and fancy-colored diamonds?
Yes, we inventory diamonds up to 10 carats or more in all shapes, sizes, and colors. In fact, large and fancy diamonds are one of our specialties.
I’m working with a small budget, can I still find something within my budget?

We can work with all budgets, no matter what you are looking for. Your budget will always go further at The Diamond Reserve than it will anywhere else. We also offer lay away and upgrade plans for our clients.
What is the process for designing a custom engagement ring?
Simply meet with us in the showroom and tell us what you are looking to create. We will take it from there! If you have photos of engagement rings similar to what you are envisioning, bring those with you to the appointment. Our expert jewelry designers are some of the best in the US.

While it is very rare that any of our pieces ever require repair, we will always ensure that your expectations are met or exceeded before, during, and after your purchase. It’s important to us that you are as confident in your jewelry purchase as we are.
My friend bought a white gold wedding ring about 3 years ago, but now the corners are starting to turn yellow. Will my wedding ring have the same problem?
The alloys and plating techniques we use for each custom piece ensures that white gold will stay white for many years to come. Some of our vendors use slightly different techniques, but we ensure that each of our vendors adhere to our strict quality standards.
What if I don’t live near Denver?
While our main focus is currently the Denver engagement ring market, clients seek our services from across the globe.
