You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
If you change your mind, or the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the item to us.
Except in the case of arrangements made with our agreement, the return costs are your responsibility.
Return instructions:
If you want to return an item, send us an e-mail indicating your name and order number and specifying which items are affected.
Attach to the package a word indicating if you want to be reimbursed, if you want an exchange or a credit and of course your contact details.
You are responsible for any damage suffered by the item upon return. Please provide us with a tracking number for the return package.
If an item is shipped from abroad, make sure it says “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees applied to the package.
Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment as that used during the initial purchase.
If the product is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss of value when reimbursing the product.
Returns following an exchange request are made by registered mail within 7 to 10 days.
