Shipping Times & Rates

Currently we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and most countries around the world.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: Ground shipping: Free. Please allow 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Make to Order Schedule

Please allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery of standard make to order items and an additional 7-14 days for delivery of sophisticated handmade items by an artist.

Free shipping excludes PERIMADE for business accounts.
Sales tax do not count toward the total amount.
Free shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. and Canada Website for domestic delivery.

Return Policy

Perimade & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any non-customized item that you’d like to return. Simply contact us and request a shipping label. Then drop off your package at the nearest drop-off location. Customized items such as hand engraved jewelry and personalized artwork are not returnable.

Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in sellable condition within 90 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Items must be returned in its original packaging.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please contact Customer Service at contact@perimade.com and follow the instructions.
