A confirmation email from Bianca Jones will be sent to you when payment is deemed complete and all item(s) remain the property of Bianca Jones until full payment is received.
Delivery
UK Shipping
We use a registered mail service which requires a signature on delivery. It is priced at £7.95. Please note, we are unable to deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Worldwide Shipping
This service is trackable, insured and requires a signature upon delivery, and is priced at £15.

Bianca Jones reserve the right to increase or decrease the postal and handling charge as necessary.
We will only ship to the cardholders address and will not deliver to any P.O boxes.
Please note that until you have paid for the item(s) items may still be sold. If we are out of stock on any item, you will be notified within 48 hours by email.
In the event of a postal strike, Bianca Jones will do their very best to get your parcel delivered at the earliest possible opportunity. Although, delays should be expected on postal strikes, and Bianca Jones is not accountable for this.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with any item(s) we do offer a 14-day guarantee. We will refund you on the original price of the item(s) but not the shipping and handling costs. There will be a two-pound charge to cover these costs. The item(s) needs to be returned in perfect condition and with the Bianca Jones packaging and tags to be eligible for the refund. Please ensure that the item(s) is correctly packed for transportation and sent by trackable postage, you are required to keep proof of postage WHICH MAY BE REQUESTED. Bianca Jones reserve the right to refuse any refund and will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated.
If the item(s) are damaged or faulty a full refund including shipping and handling will be given. Please email Bianca Jones within 3 working days to orders@biancajones.co.uk. If you do not then we are not able to offer the said refund. Please ensure that the item(s) is correctly packed for transportation and that you keep proof of postage WHICH MAY BE REQUESTED. Bianca Jones reserve the right to refuse any refund.
We only refund item(s) that are returned in the condition sent, not lost or stolen item(s). We will not accept item(s) that have been worn or had their tags removed. For this reason, we advise customers to inspect their purchase before removing tags or disposing of the original packaging. Please check that all personalisation and bespoke requests are correct, as pieces made to order cannot be returned.
Care
Your precious items deserve to be looked after to ensure they stay looking their best. Follow these tips to keep your jewellery looking lovely for longer.
Always put your jewellery after applying make-up and scent as these will tarnish your pieces.
Check that fastening are secure on necklaces and bracelets and that butterflies are tight on earrings, especially when changing clothes.
Take jewellery off before undressing to avoid catching it on clothes and pulling on any links or catches.
And I know it’s tempting to wear your jewellery in bed, while swimming, showering or at the gym but it should be avoided.
When not wearing your jewellery, always keep each piece separately in a soft pouch so that it won’t scratch or be scratched by other pieces.

Exchanges
If you have received a gift from Bianca Jones, you can return the gift in exchange for store credit. To do this an account will be created. Please note you will be required to pay any additional cost and shipping. Unused credit may remain on your account until your next purchase.

Contract Formation
No contract will be formed between you and Bianca Jones for the sale of any item(s) until payment in full and a confirmation email from customer service is received.
Any contract can be cancelled by Bianca Jones at any time at its sole discretion and all monies paid in respect of thereof will be refunded.
