Many celebrity news sites have been speculating that actress Kate Bosworth is engaged to long time boyfriend Michael Polish. The actress subtly revealed the news in a blog post for Vogue magazine back in August, but never officially confirmed the good news. She simply referred to Polish as “my fiancé” in the blog post from Korea but never said more.
None other than Kate herself has finally confirmed the news. She also shows off the beautiful ring that Michael proposed with. On Twitter this morning Kate took a beautiful black and white picture of herself wearing the ring. And to everyone’s delight, we can see it is a quite large princess cut diamond.
The pair also displayed what looked like wedding bands on their left fingers while out for an event this weekend. They each had a simple gold band on their wedding finger, sparking rumors of whether or not the two are already rumored. The two met on the set of Big Sur, which Kate starred in and Michaels directed. Kate also smashed the rumors that the two were already married when she posted the picture and stated that it was taken by her husband-to-be.
Kate’s ring is definitely gorgeous, but unfortunately there haven’t been any other photos snapped of the ring, which makes it difficult to assess the ring’s size and details.
