JM Risk Services is a division of Jewelers Mutual Group dedicated to providing loss prevention education and multi-faceted risk management solutions to our policyholders as well as the entire jewelry industry.

Commercial policyholder-only benefits

As a Jeweler Mutual Group commercial lines policyholder, you have access to member benefits like: off-site storage and transportation at a discounted rate, counseling services after trauma, boarding up services for your store in case of severe weather or civil unrest.

Programs for any jewelry business owner

All business owners in the jewelry industry have the opportunity to enroll in certain programs regardless of being a policyholder or not. Our current offering includes an alarm guard response program at a subsidized cost.

Sensor Monitoring

Sensor systems supported by Hartford Steam Boiler provide 24/7 monitoring of your business and detect issues caused by water intrusion or a power outage.

With the Alarm Response program, supported by Securitas, you can have peace of mind knowing that security officers are ready and able to respond to any type of alarm security breach, threat or concern.

Board-up Services

We offer policyholder-exclusive board-up services for your store from ServiceMaster. Contact ServiceMaster at 877-463-7948 and tell them you’re a Jewelers Mutual policyholder. Arrange service with your local ServiceMaster and we will pay 50% of your cost up to $1,000*. ServiceMaster will invoice you for the remaining balance.

Off-site Storage and Transportation

Need help moving your merchandise to or from a bank vault or storage facility? Secure transportation is included in your policy when you use Malca-Amit services. We will cover the cost of transportation on your behalf if Malca-Amit is available in your area.
