When the Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced it brings the capacity to accomplish that which we want and allows us to relax, enjoy and appreciate such accomplishments. A lack of balance in the Third Chakra may be due to a lack of balance in the first two Chakras. If the Solar Plexus Chakra is not working correctly, it is inclined to create negative influences in both the physical and emotional. It can lead to anger and frustrating as well as problems dealing with power and authority. Anger is the product of too much self-power, an uphill struggle which is full of conflict. Frustration is the product of too little self-power when everything feels too demanding, and others place too many demands on us.
