Belly button bars of 8, 11 or 12 mm | CHURINGA PIERCING BLOG

Belly button bars of 8, 11 or 12 mm

Like so many of our other products, the belly button piercing bar has a standard length of 10mm. This length is normally a comfortable size for everyone to wear however it may be that you find 10mm still too short or long. Sometimes a different length can significantly improve comfort. It may also be that you choose a different material. For example, if you have a nickel allergy then a medical grade stainless steel bar is not suitable. Fortunately, we have loose bars of pure titanium so that you have the chose to pick a nice suitable navel piercing.  Normally a surgical steel bar is not a problem however if do experience an allergic reaction then watch out.

Changing your belly button bar

A lot of belly button piercing bars are interchangeable, so you can easily change the belly bars for a size that suits you best. Unfortunately, this is not possible with every piercing but there is plenty of choice left. We work hard to make the shopping and choosing whilst searching as easy as possible. There are smart search functions, which means you can filter the results leaving only what you’re really looking for.

The belly button piercings with a removable bar can be found using the filter system. Once you have searched for belly button piercings category on the left you see the search filters. Directly below you can see the filter for the material. The ‘interchangeable bar’ can be displayed when pressing ‘yes’ to this particular filter.

Titanium belly button piercing bars also come in different measurements like the 8mm, 11mm and 12mm bar. Fortunately we have several piercings accessories, including loose bars of your preferred length. We have lengths ranging from 8mm to 12mm of surgical steel bars. Unfortunately, we only have 10 to 11mm available for titanium bars. Please note that the thickness of a belly button piercing is always (unless otherwise stated) 1.6mm. You can order the bars with a thickness of 1.2mm but, this is for other piercing types. Find your belly bar here.
