Why did we choose it?

During this past summer’s 70th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, de Grisogono unveiled their newest high jewelry collection, ‘Love on the Rocks.’ 60 bold and unique designs were created to showcase the brands love for stones as well as the women that wear their gorgeous pieces. From large sapphires or emeralds to glistening diamonds, this collection allowed for each stone to truly stand out. Their marquise diamond open necklace is just one example of a killer piece from this collection!

What is interesting about it?

This daring diamond and ruby necklace gracefully dangles along your collar bones. Vibrant paved rubies make up the back of the piece and highlight the two large center marquise cut diamonds. All the diamonds are marquise cut, a shape that truly made a come-back this year. This sophisticated and unique choice of diamond cut helps this piece to stand out even more! An uneven open necklace comes to an end on either side with two shimmering marquise cut diamonds. Open necklaces bring modernity and femininity.
